Ode to @FashionIntern

It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with internships… and fashion… and jewelry too… okay I’ll stop now. I would just like to take a hot second to say thank you to the one and the ONLY freefashioninternships.com. When I participated in Fashion Campus NYC this past summer, Carla Isabel, creator of this AMAHHHZING twitter and website, spoke on the panel. She seemed so genuine about actually wanting to help the intern generation out there. Plus, her site is a fashion internship goldmine. With new postings added regularly, it should be the first stop students make on their internship road trip. Current positions are at companies ranging from Vogue to Lulu Frost (swoon) to alice + olivia. Even though I’m past the internship stage in my life, this site just deserves a round of applause for consistently bringing great opportunities to the eager youth out there.
